Who we are

We run this ourselves.

AI Ninjas is the AI practice of HaloNinjas, an Edinburgh HaloITSM certified partner that runs service desks, integrates Halo and puts AI into live operations, including its own. The lifecycle exists because we needed it before anyone asked us for it.

Your briefing is led by the person accountable for the engagement.

One company, two practices.

HaloNinjas implements and runs Halo. AI Ninjas grew out of that work, because the agents arrived in the service desks first.

The AI practice

AI Ninjas

Born from service-management work. We run AI as a managed service on Halo, engineer agents and integrations beyond it, and ship products of our own.

LinkedIn profile

Advise, build, operate.

A simpler view onto the same named services. Each motion has a fixed shape and a named deliverable, so you know what you are buying before we start.

Advise

Assessment

A register, maturity score, gap list and 90-day roadmap. Two weeks at a fixed price.

Build

Foundation, or engineering

On Halo, we stand the lifecycle up. Away from Halo, we build agents, MCP tooling, retrieval and integrations.

Operate

Assurance and Evolution

We run live AI services with reporting and change control, then improve them as the portfolio grows.

What we are not.

  • Not model-led. The model is a component, not the strategy.
  • Not a document. The lifecycle is built as working artefacts in the platform you already run.
  • Not a pitch. A briefing covers where AI is not worth the effort as well as where it is.
  • Not sold by one person and served by another. The people in the briefing are the people on the engagement.

Questions we get asked about us.

Are you part of HaloNinjas?

Yes. AI Ninjas is the AI practice of HaloNinjas Limited: the same company, the same people and the same Edinburgh base. It has its own name because the work reaches beyond Halo.

Do you only work with Halo customers?

No. The AI Service Lifecycle is built on Halo because that is the platform we run and know. The engineering work and products are not tied to any platform.

Where are you based, and where do you work?

Edinburgh, Scotland. We deliver across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, mostly remotely and on site when the work needs it.

Who does the work?

Engagements are led by the people who run our own service desk and Halo estates, not handed to a separate delivery bench.

Start with a conversation.

Thirty minutes with the people who do the work. A briefing, not a pitch.
