What we do

Three parts to the work.

We run AI as a managed service inside Halo, engineer agents and integrations beyond it, and build our own AI products.

Engineering
AI Beyond Halo

How to engage

Advise, build, operate.

This is a simpler view onto the same named services, not a replacement for them. Each motion below lists the services it covers.

Advise
AI Service Readiness and Portfolio Assessment

Two weeks, fixed price. A register of every agent in scope, up to ten services, a maturity score, a prioritised gap list and a 90-day roadmap.

Build
AI Service Foundation, or AI engineering

On Halo, the AI Service Foundation stands the lifecycle up. Away from Halo, the same team builds agents, MCP tooling, retrieval and integrations.

Operate
AI Service Assurance and AI Service Evolution

Two named services. Assurance runs live AI services with reporting and change control. Evolution improves them as the portfolio grows.

Who is behind this

We run this ourselves.

AI Ninjas is led by Jon and the team behind HaloNinjas. We run service desks, integrate Halo and put AI into live operations, including our own. The lifecycle exists because we needed it before anyone asked us for it.
